Homemade Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients:
26 red potatoes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chill pepper
1 Tbsp sweet mesquite 
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4  Cup Unsalted butter 

Preheat oven to 425* F





























Start with the 26 red potatoes, cutting board, knife, and container
with a led.






























Wash the potatoes.

 Take the potato and cut it in half and then take one half 
and cut that in half the long way, then cut it three times across. There 
should be a total of 6 pieces for one half. Do the same for the other half.

Place into a lidded container and continue with all 26 potatoes.

You might want to have two containers on hand because 26 potatoes cut is a lot of potatoes.



















    Now you will be needing your spices. Which are black pepper, sea salt, paprika,
    chili powder, and sweet mesquite. Make sure that you put the spices in both
    containers.

    Add 1 tsp of chili powder.
    Add 1 tsp of pepper.

    Add 1 tsp of salt.

    Add 1 tsp of paprika.

    Add 1 Tbsp of sweet mesquite.

    Put all the spices in the container and shake them together.

    Add 1 Tbsp of oil to both of the containers.

    Melt 1/4 cup of butter in the microwave.

    Add half of the butter to one container and the other half to the other container.
    Shake the oil and butter together and then put it on a sheet and cook for a total of 
    25 minutes and make sure to rotate pans. then preheat oven to 500* F and cook for a total
    of 10 minute ,rotating.




























 Serve warm with a side of warm pancakes,eggs and orange juice.
